In Prioksko-Terrasniy Zapovednik, Volunteer Day was celebrated with a friendly meeting and awarding prizes.

Our loyal friends, our volunteers have become guests of the reserve on Volunteer Day. We gathered for the holiday those who helped us the most in the outgoing year. A lot of good deeds were made for their reserve by their hands. Gazprom Transgaz Moscow representatives also paid a visit to us – their help to us was simply invaluable!

With special gratitude we celebrate the work of those who helped us constantly and came to work several times. They received special certificates and gifts – colorful calendar of the reserve for the new year and souvenirs. We have volunteer champions. This is Irina Sabitova and Alexander Korotaev. The main heroes of the volunteer season are the Lomakin family – Maria Lomakina (mother), Antonina Oleynik (grandmother) and Dobrynia Lomakin – our youngest volunteer-2017. Dobrynya justifies his heroic name – he is only 6 years old, but he comes to help us for 2 years!

The volunteer season-2017 brought to the volunteers themselves many happy friendships, new impressions. We all really made friends and remember the adventures of last summer. What is it worth only volunteer assistance to the reserve in the aftermath of the hurricane! We are very pleased that many people come to our aid with the whole family, together with friends, and some even specifically look for new volunteers for us.

At the feast, all together, traditionally, drank tea in an almost domestic setting, with cookies and cakes. During tea, everyone enjoyed watching the new film about the nature «4 Seasons in  nature reserve», exchanging memories of their adventures in nature and making plans for the coming summer.

And then the whole friendly company went to visit the Siberian husky kennel “Husky-Evolution”. To part all was really sorry.

Friends, soon the New Year, and the Prioksko-Terrasny reserve congratulate you all with this beloved upcoming holiday and Christmas! And there and before the opening of a new volunteer season is a stone’s throw.
