The cultural and exhibition life of the capital never subsides, and in the spring it begins to rage! Traditionally, in March, the most important international exhibitions of the tourism, sports and leisure, gaming industry are held: Intourmarket, MITT, and Sportland Exhibition-Game.
The Prioksko-Terrasny Reserve cannot but take advantage of its proximity to Moscow and every year with great pleasure takes an active part in these events! This provides an excellent opportunity to keep abreast of the modern tourism and sports and leisure product, learn from the experience of specialists and try to use it in the development of environmental, educational and tourist activities in our territory. An important role is played by the presence of our representatives at these large-scale events, because statistics show that many people do not even have a clue what specially protected natural areas are and how they can be visited. And although we are very close by and are the only nature reserve in the Moscow Region, many have not heard of the Prioksko-Terrasny Nature Reserve and have never been to it. That is why, our participation in such exhibitions is very important.

On March 12-14, the Intourmarket-2020 tourism exhibition was held at the Expocenter Exhibition Complex, where we were present at the stand of the Serpukhov city district as part of the administration.

March 13-15, at the Sokolniki Exhibition Center, the Sportland Exhibition-Game was held.

Many Russian and international companies took part in the events. All sites were full of visitors and, probably, not one of them left disappointed and everyone found something interesting for themselves.

We got a lot of positive emotions! At our booth, master classes were held for everyone, quizzes, and experts in bird species, a complex crossword puzzle awaited, some children and adults even put together a puzzle in the form of a bison figure. There were a lot of growth figures! We learned – “Minions”, “Horse” from the cartoon about the warriors, “The Sun” constantly helped on the stage, and at times “Autobot” came out of its secret hangar – all in smoke and glowing bulbs. Around our cozy fur-bearing life-size puppets “Bison”, too, children were constantly spinning, and their parents were happy to take selfies. Everyone who was interested in visiting our reserve received reliable information about the opportunity to visit it.

On March 17–19, we were supposed to take part in the MITT international tourism exhibition at the Crocus Expo Exhibition Center, but the epidemiological situation did not allow us to do this, and the exhibition was canceled as part of the unprecedented measures taken by the Government of the Russian Federation, Rospotrebnadzor of the Russian Federation, The governments of Moscow and the Moscow region.

It is unfortunate, but life dictates its own rules and now it is very important to stop the spread of the virus. But we will not be upset, we hope that these troubles will not occur for a long time and next year we will definitely meet at the spring tourism and sports exhibitions, and today’s difficulties will be remembered by pleasant adventures.
