Prioksko-Terrasny Zapovednik announces the start of the Bird’s Apartment interregional environmental contest.

We have already done one good thing – we held an inter-regional competition “Dining Room for Feathered”. The winners were awarded, and the best feeders delight the birds of our entire district – they are hung on the territory of the Central Estate of the reserve and in the Central Bison Nursery, and they always have a lot of bird food. Now it is time to prepare for the spring – to provide birds with birdhouses – comfortable, affordable, and enough for everyone.

To this end, the Prioksko-Terrasny Zapovednik announces the start of the Bird’s Apartment Competition. It will be held from February 3, 2020 to March 27, 2020.

Anyone can take part in the competition, the only restriction is that it is held only for residents of our region, Moscow and the Moscow region. Residents of other regions may be dissatisfied, but this was done for their own convenience. At the first stage, only birdhouse photos compete. But for the finals of the competition, you need to go to us personally in the Prioksko-Terrasny Reserve and bring your work with you. For residents of other regions, this will be problematic.

There are two nominations for the participants:
“Optimal option” (meeting the needs and standards of housing for birds).

“Fairytale Palace” (the most beautiful and original birdhouse).

Both individual and collective (family) works are allowed to participate in the Competition. Feel free to create along with your dads, moms, grandparents. There are no age restrictions. The total number of participants is not limited, but in individual and collective works for the Competition no more than one work is accepted.
