In the Central Bison nursery of our reserve on April 10, 2018, the first calf was born this year.
A lucky mother was a female bison named Muschanka, she had a calf. The baby is coming a month and she is trying to pluck fresh grass. The mother, Muschanka brought her from the depths of the pen, where the birth took place, on the second day.
The small female feels fine – cheerful, frisky, she quickly settled down, and talks with her relatives without fear. And her mother has already grown stronger after the birth and feels well.
A father named Muchadr walks around the corral happy, important, as if proud of himself and his offspring, because it was in his family that the miraculous replenishment had first appeared.
